Welcome to FastScreenshot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FastScreenshot Chrome extension, the website https://fastscreenshotapp.com, and any related services, including premium features.
By installing or using FastScreenshot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

FastScreenshot provides full-page screenshot capture, annotation tools, local screenshot storage (free version), optional screenshot sharing via CDN (future premium feature), and optional subscription-based premium features. The service is provided on an "as available" basis.
You may use FastScreenshot only if you are at least 16 years old and can legally enter into binding agreements under applicable law. The service is not intended for children under 16.
The free version of FastScreenshot runs entirely locally in your browser, does not transmit screenshots to our servers, does not require account creation, and does not collect personal data. All screenshots remain under your control.
Premium features may include account registration, screenshot upload and sharing, cloud storage, subscription-based access, OAuth login (e.g., Google), and additional editing or export features. Access requires an active subscription. Features may change over time.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, notify us of unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these Terms.
Premium features may be offered as a subscription (currently planned at $2/month). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, are processed securely by Stripe, can be cancelled at any time, and remain active until the end of the billing period.
We do not store payment card details. Stripe's terms apply separately: https://stripe.com/legal
Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not prorated. If you experience billing issues, contact [email protected]. Users located in the EU may have additional statutory rights.
You agree not to use FastScreenshot to:
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
If you use screenshot sharing features, you are responsible for the content you upload. You control who receives shared links — anyone with the link may access the screenshot. Do not upload sensitive personal data unless necessary. We reserve the right to remove unlawful content if required.

Future permissions may include identity (Google login) and host permissions (screenshot upload API). Permissions are never used for advertising or tracking.
FastScreenshot, including extension code, branding, interface, documentation, and website content, is owned by Sergei Aronsen, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the service without permission.
You retain ownership of screenshots you create. If you upload screenshots using cloud features, you grant FastScreenshot a limited license to store, process, deliver, and display that content only for providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your screenshots.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent storage availability. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastScreenshot is not liable for data loss, business interruption, indirect damages, lost profits, screenshot misuse by third parties, or service downtime. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months. If you use only the free version, liability is limited to zero.
Use of FastScreenshot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.
You may stop using FastScreenshot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated, misuse is detected, or legal compliance requires action. Termination does not affect obligations already incurred.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If significant changes occur, the updated version will appear on this page and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be resolved under Norwegian jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
